Our trainee recruitment consultants ensure that ARM’s services are delivered to clients in the highly professional manner for which ARM is renowned, providing full recruitment support to clients with recruitment needs, and also identifying new opportunities for business.

Your day-to-day role will consist of identifying an opportunity to fill a job, finding the ideal candidate for the role, and being responsible for filling that role - in the process ensuring that both clients and candidates experience the utmost professionalism and support. Needless to say, there’s a lot more to that than you might expect.

To be successful as a trainee recruitment consultant takes entrepreneurialism, drive, tenacity, great people skills, team work, adaptability, commercial nous, great communications skills and a lot more besides. In short, it’s challenging!

Trainee recruitment consultants need to have a lot of sales skills to be successful, and we provide them with extensive training, via our award-winning Learning and Development academy.
