We are looking for a resourcer to source candidates for Advanced Resource Manager’s Engineering Accounts division. The high level of niche expertise within our Technology jobs & Scientific jobs division allows ARM to cover a broad range of disciplines. Our remit includes a variety of technology jobs and scientific jobs within the high technology industries. Recruiting into military and defence, aerospace and avionics, marine, telecommunications, manufacturing and medical engineering, the division’s coverage includes electrical and electronic engineering and control systems, so it is essential that you have either a working knowledge or genuine interest to fully familiarise yourself with these disciplines.

The role will involve screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, organising interviews, processing all paperwork relevant to the recruitment process and maintaining ARM’s database efficiently.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and strong business acumen. The role will include working to both team and individual targets.

The successful candidate needs to be comfortable with communicating on the telephone with people of all levels. You must be able to build strong working relationships with candidates and internal staff. Previous experience in a sales orientated environment is desirable, along with a good standard of education and a desire to succeed in a competitive and highly professional environment.
