An opportunity has arisen for a Rail Infrastructure Consultant to join our established Rail team. This role would involve developing new and existing rail clients, generating new business in this sector and sourcing suitable applicants with the support of Resourcers.

The ARM rail division supplies contract and permanent rail jobs and recruitment for engineering, maintenance, consultancy, commercial, design, project, operations and production staff for the rail industry. We also provide rail jobs for depot staff from fitters and technicians to team leaders and depot managers.

We are ideally looking for someone with a background in rail recruitment specialising in rail infrastructure, although we will also consider applications from recruitment consultants looking to specialise in a niche market.

You will need strong communication skills and have the sales skills required to convert potential business into key accounts, along with a professional work ethic and an enthusiasm for hitting and beating targets.
