ARM’s Quality & Compliance team is
essential to the business and ensures we continue to meet exacting
standards of service to our Clients and comply with all legislation
for the Recruitment industry.
This team is growing with the company as it expands, and is
comprised of people with meticulous attention to detail and a very
structured approach to their work - with the ability to plan and
the aptitude to anticipate issues that need addressing in
advance.
The Quality & Compliance team has a thorough understanding
of all relevant EAA, IANA and AWR regulations and is ultimately
responsible for ensuring that these are met throughout the company.
This is done through a variety of methods from devising systems and
procedures to ensuring that consultants both understand and comply
with the need for them, through training, advising and conducting
‘’Best Practice’’ audits.
Also under this team’s remit is the responsibility for
monitoring the company’s advertising to ensure adherence to age,
equality and diversity legislation.
We welcome applications from individuals who have had exposure
to the Recruitment industry, however applicants from other
industries will also be considered.
