Advanced Resource Manager’s manufacturing division requires a Team Leader. This team has expanded steadily and services a range of clients in the Maintenance & Facilities Management, Process & Quality Control, Procurement & Supply, Materials Control and FMCG & Food sectors. Reflecting ARM’s high standards and specialised skills, this recruitment division has achieved numerous successes in the Manufacturing Sector.

With a high degree of professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients alike, you’ll ideally have proven yourself recruiting within Manufacturing / Engineering / Electronics or the Defence sectors.

Managing a committed and enthusiastic team to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded, provide guidance to Trainee Consultants and Resources, and work closely with the Division Head; you’ll be a Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant seeking to cultivate your recruitment career and contribute to Arm’s future success.
