ARM’s Legal and Commercial team plays a vital role with responsibility for advising of legal issues both internally across the business and externally to our Clients; with accountability for legal compliance, commercial reviews and negotiations and giving in-house legal advice to the Board and consultants.
With ARM’s proactive approach to Compliance ever in mind, the Legal Support team is always on the ball – and usually one step ahead. The team keeps a constant watch on current and upcoming legislation in the UK and EU to ensure ARM’s best possible service to work seekers, contractors and clients alike.
The team has strong legal backgrounds and welcome applicants with working knowledge of employment, contract and company legislation, coupled with effective communication skills and solid administrative and organisational ability, who are able to work to strict processes.
