ARM’s IT support team has a wide remit and a raft of crucially important skills. They are responsible for managing our entire network and the challenging integration of a variety of sophisticated software suites, automated systems and CRM tools used by our staff.
Our IT helpdesk provides a host of support activities such as daily troubleshooting, maintenance of financial, email, network, internet and backup systems, hardware and software installations, server administration, video conferencing, licensing, printers, the provision of management data and reporting/ statistics, and desktop and mobile support to 200+ employees over multiple sites.
As a result of the exponential growth of the company over recent years, significant investment has been made in upgrading ARM’s technology to support a growing number of users. This expansion has seen the implementation of more advanced systems, software and applications, all of which provide an ever-changing and exciting working environment.
