An opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship
Manager to join our established Client Relationship team.
This role would involve developing existing and winning right to
supply new IT clients, primarily in the Corporate/FTSE 250 space.
You will be responsible for generating opportunities for formal
Tender, Preferred and / or Sole and / or Managed Supplier status as
well as cross-selling ARM’s other non-contingency recruitment
offerings, and also associated detailed qualification to ensure
there is sufficient value in the prospect business, aligning with
the company’s strategic plan. Strong presentation skills are
essential as part of the role will be to present to Senior
stakeholders and Directors of Corporate clients.
The ARM IT divisions provide a mixture of contract and permanent
staff for ERP (Oracle, SAP), IT Security, Software Development and
Telco sectors, recruiting on behalf of a broad cross-section of
sectors. You will in turn receive full delivery support from our
Account Management and Resourcing teams.
This role would suit applicants with an extensive background in
IT recruitment, either in pure Business Development or
alternatively consultants looking to focus purely on clients rather
than candidates.
You will need drive, tenacity, strong communication skills and
have the sales skills required to convert potential business into
key accounts, along with a professional and flexible work ethic and
an enthusiasm for beating high financial targets. You will need to
be open to driving or commuting to client sites all over the UK,
although the target audience is primarily based in London or Home
Counties.
