Career Overview
ARM’s Human Resources function supports the
business in a broad range of areas including developing HR planning
strategies, assisting managers to understand and implement policies
and procedures, staff performance, health & safety, recruiting
employees, interpreting and advising on employment legislation and
planning and delivering ARM’s award winning training programme.
Applicants with either HR Management backgrounds, CIPD
qualifications and more generalist roles with HR exposure and
resourcing will be considered.
