An opportunity has arisen for an Automotive Consultant to join our established Automotive team. This role would involve developing new and existing automotive clients, generating new business in this sector and sourcing suitable applicants with the support of Resourcers.

The ARM automotive client base includes both OEMs and Suppliers covering recruitment for CAD designers and Automotive engineers for military and commercial vehicles and also motorsport.

We are ideally looking for someone with a background in automotive recruitment, although we will also consider applications from recruitment consultants looking to specialise in a niche market.

You will need strong communication skills and have the sales skills required to convert potential business into key accounts, along with a professional work ethic and an enthusiasm for hitting and beating targets.
