An opportunity has arisen within our Engineering Accounts Team
for an account manager to manage and develop a client’s account.
The role will involve managing the account on a day to day basis to
ensure exceptional service and opportunities for all ARM's
services; whilst ensuring that ARM becomes the client’s number one
supplier of staffing solutions.
The preferred candiate will demonstrate technical knowledge
through working with technical accounts within the electronics,
software, IT, mechanical, systems, aerospace or other light
engineering domains; coupled with a proven track record within
either a recruitment consultant, account executive or account
manager role.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial focus in
order to maximise opportunites within the account, and a strong
desire to succeed in a target driven role. Candidates should be
well organised with strong communication and relationship building
skills.
