Our commission scheme
We do not cap our commission because we want our recruitment
staff to be motivated to do the best they can. We have a
competitive and flexible salary structure, with negotiable
additional benefits for staff joining us at senior levels.

Our commission
philosophy
An effective commission scheme is one that drives and rewards
behaviours & actions which support the achievement of the
business and the individual.
The scheme should have limited objectives to achieve one or more
of the following:-
- Improve business performance
- Sustain staff retention and motivation
- Enhance team working
- Increase Customer Service
The rewards must be:
- Motivational both to an individual and team
- Realistic and achievable albeit challenging
- Simple and easy to understand
- Easy to communicate
- Easy to administer and pay on
Generally a commission scheme must reward for positive behaviour
and be measurable against set figures rather than opinions.
We also pay bonuses to reward high or exceptionally good
performance or dedication. These are discretionary and it
is the choice of individual managers to award bonuses. The reasons
for doing so are the managers' own.
