I joined ARM in November 2010 after being recommended by a friend. I had thought about working in recruitment in the past but had always questioned if it was right for me. I decided to take the chance and I can safely say it was the best thing I have ever done.

ARM isn’t your typical recruitment company, and certainly doesn't come near to the image I had in my mind of what a recruitment company would be like. My first impression of the company was the overwhelming friendliness and welcome that I received, all managers and directors genuinely care about everyone that works here and want them to succeed not only for the company’s sake but for the sake of the individual’s personal development, too.

This industry is certainly good for people who wish to work hard, earn good money and be successful. I know it sounds clichéd but you certainly get out what you put in.

I am working as a Resourcer on the Engineering Service Delivery team where I source candidates for some of our most prestigious clients; I really enjoy interacting with candidates and helping them to find a job or assignment that will change their lives.

I would recommend recruitment to anyone who wants to work hard, stay focused and benefit from an extremely rewarding career.
