What are we looking for?
We're looking for a tenacious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning Built Environment Team, which is part of ARM Engineering.

Ideally, you have a built environment recruitment background - better still if you have highways or architecture experience, although other industries will be considered.

What will you do?
Your main responsibilities are to provide full life cycle recruitment services to new and existing ARM clients, both for your team and cross-functionally. You'll ensure ARM's services are offered to clients, constantly identifying and obtaining new business opportunities. You'll also support the Business/Team Manager while acting as a mentor for junior consultants and account consultants.

Key results areas
* Provide support, direction and market advice to clients and colleagues
* Enhance existing business
* Account management
* Negotiate terms and conditions of service
* Visit clients and candidates when appropriate
* Advertise vacancies via suitable sources to generate relevant CVs and candidates
* Identify suitable applicants for vacancies, individually and by using the appropriate resource teams
* Liaise with the clients, candidates and collagues to arrange interviews
* Carry out reference checks
* Progress lead generation and follow up accordingly
* Forward the appropriate documents to support each applicant's CV, adhering to legal business obligations at all times
" Ensure client and candidate information is accurately logged and regularly updated on our database (Colleague), to secure effective working relationships
* Ensure control of own workload to prevent impacts on your day-to-day performance
* Exceed quarterly revenue targets
* Embody our values, adhere to our standards and serve as an ambassador for the brand when representing ARM in front of clients.

Delivery driven and passionate about results. A confident and persuasive communicator. Willingness to do what it takes to exceed client and customer expectations.

* Is educated to graduate level (ideally)

* Is experienced in a built environment-relevant market sector.
