ARM's apprenticeship scheme provides a structured learning and development programme that will give you the best possible start in a career that can be rewarding, challenging and exciting.

The scheme creates a potential 'fast track' programme for exceptional candidates who have a strong desire to achieve qualified status, and who are motivated to go the extra mile in demonstrating the qualities required of a successful recruiter.

We're working in partnership with the NAS (National Apprenticeship Service)|, Smart Training and the awarding body EDI to deliver an Advanced Apprenticeship to individuals between 16 and 24 years of age who are at the begining of their career in recruitment. The qualification is a Level 3 Sales Diploma that takes approximately 12 months to complete and includes assessment in numeracy, literacy and six technical examinations to complement the vocational assessment of the diploma.

Our apprentices are in the unique position of achieving the only nationally-recognised sales qualification, which is aligned to the industry's professional qualification - the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

Working with qualified work-based assessors, our apprentices complete a robust interview and induction process. This is followed by completing five case studies detailing their developing client and candidate relationships. They must provide ongoing evidence of professional competence, which is demonstrated by creating a portfolio of work-based assessment.

Through a process of internal and external verification by Smart and EDI, successful completion warrants a work based vocational sales qualification, equivalent to two A levels, plus certification in numeracy and literacy and six Technical Certificates.
